Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are dispatched within 4 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Australia We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Standard shipping is a flat A$12. Orders of A$99 or more qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking Where a tracking number is available, we will email it to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Damaged or incorrect items If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email nuveskaco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
